p-block metal composite oxides Sr1.36Sb2O6 and Sr2Sb2O7 synthesized by a hydrothermal method as photocatalysts in the degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride under UV light irradiation have been extensively studied.The effects of synthesis conditions on the photocatalytic activity were discussed.The Sr1.36Sb2O6-100°C-24 h-5 and Sr2Sb2O7-150℃-24 h-2 samples prepared under optimal conditions exhibited remarkably different photocatalytic activities.The essential factors influencing the difference of photocatalytic performance were revealed.The results showed that the different photocatalytic activities observed for Sr1.36Sb2O6and Sr2Sb2O7 could be attributed to their different electronic and crystal structures.Our work will provide a new perspective for the screening and design of p-block metal composite oxide photocatalysts to enhance the removal of organic pollutants in the environment. 相似文献

The enantiopure 5-(2-amino-2-carboxyethyl)-4,5-dihydroisoxazole-3-carboxylic acid (−)-1b and its racemic tert-butoxycarbonylamino (Boc) precursor (±)-11 were structurally characterized by the single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. The geometrical features and the intermolecular interaction of the pure (3S,5S)-aminoacid are compared with the racemic derivative. This analysis has shown a different conformation of the dihydroisoxazole ring: (±)-11 adopts an envelope shape, while in (−)-1b it is almost planar. The intermolecular assembly is characterized by hydrogen bonds of an NH⋯O type in (±)-11 with the formation of polymeric chains, whereas in (−)-1b the hydrogen bonds determine a three dimensional network. The tight intermolecular interactions of (−)-1b could be responsible for the short distances between ionizable groups, which are important as pharmacophoric parameters for NMDA activity. 相似文献

现有研究普遍认为领导者需要平衡二元创新中主流创新与新流创新之间的资源配置,但针对具体的资源平衡机制研究较少。本文采用基于主体建模与仿真(ABMS)的方法,将领导风格和资源柔性纳入二元创新资源配置动态模型,并在考虑风险和不确定性的条件下开展模拟仿真,研究发现:企业二元创新绩效与变革型领导风格倾向成正相关,与交易型领导风格倾向成负相关;变革型领导企业的创新绩效随资源柔性提高而增长,交易型领导企业与之相反;领导风格与资源柔性之间存在匹配性:变革型领导与高资源柔性正向促进企业创新绩效,交易型领导与低资源柔性更利于取得高绩效;企业创新绩效与创新风险呈“倒U形”关系。研究成果拓展了企业领导理论和二元创新理论,也为领导者适应风险、转变领导风格、调整资源柔性开展二元创新提供决策依据。 相似文献

The microwave spectra of three isotopic species of 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoropropane (R236fa) (CF3CH2CF3, 13CF3CH2CF3 and CF313CH2CF3) were observed in the region from 4.5 to 18 GHz using a molecular beam Fourier transform microwave spectrometer (MB-FTMW). The rotational and centrifugal distortion constants were determined. The rs (C–C) bond length and bond angle (C–C–C) of the molecule were determined to be 1.56(5) and 109(3) Å, respectively. The ab initio calculation of R236fa was executed at the MP2/6-31G(d,p) level. Comparison of the bond length and bond angle of R236fa with those in the other fluoropropanes revealed trends for the C–C bond length and CCC angle, depending on the number of fluorine atoms attached to the central carbon. A similar idea had been noted by Mack et al. from the electron diffraction studies of fluoropropanes. 相似文献

A scheme is proposed to produce two-color continuous-variable (CV) entanglement in nondegenerate optical parametric oscillator with an injected signal (INOPO). The quantum correlations between signal and idler beams are calculated by applying sufficient inseparability criteria for bipartite CV entanglement. The results indicate that two-color CV entangled beams can be produced when the INOPO is operating both below and above the threshold. The injected signal does not markedly diminish the quantum correlations between the signal and idler beams. The degree of entanglement dependence on damping rates is also investigated. 相似文献

Highly oriented ZnO nanorod was successfully synthesised on Ag nanoseed coated FTO substrate via a microwave hydrolysis approach. It was found that the morphology and the optical properties of the ZnO nanorod are strongly influenced by the power of the microwave irradiation used during the growth process. The aspect ratio of the nanorods changed from high to low with the increasing of microwave power. It was also found that the optical band gap of the ZnO nanorod red shifted with the increasing of the microwave power, reflecting an excellent tune ability of the optical properties of ZnO nanorods. The photocatalytic activity of these unique nanorod was evaluated by a dehydrogenation process of isopropanol to acetone in the presence of ZnO nanorod. It was found that the ZnO nanorod exhibited an excellent catalytic performance by showing an ability to accelerate the production of 0.031 mol L−1 of acetone within only 35 min or 0.9 mmol L−1 min−1 from isopropyl alcohol dehydrogenation. It was almost no conversion from isopropyl alcohol when ZnO nanorods was absence during the reaction. In this report, a detailed mechanism of ZnO nanorod formation and the relationship between morphology and optical energy band gap are described. 相似文献
